While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:
Fill out a Return Merchant Authorization form here. This simply helps us keep track of your return and determine whether we need to repair it or whether we can sell resell it as a used item. We also need to verify the purchase was made on codamusictech.com. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products.
Repackage your return in the original box and include a copy of the RMA form.
