As fellow gigging musicians, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products and happy with your purchase. In the event that our products are not what you expected, you are free to return it within 60 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. When we purchase from companies online, we too expect a simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us.


While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the simple steps to return an item:
  • Fill out a Return Merchant Authorization form here. This helps us keep track of your return and determine whether we need to repair it or whether it can be resold as an "open box" item. We also need to verify the purchase was made on If a purchase was made from a third-party such as or any of our retail music store partners, then you will need to return the product through them directly. 
  • Repackage your return in the original box and include a copy of the RMA form.
  • Ship the package back to the Coda Music Technologies Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


Shipping charges - You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receiving your refund - Products need to be return in original condition. Assuming they are, we do not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund, minus any shipping charges, to the payment method originally used.
